Fatal Motor Vehicle Crash 11/20/21

DETAILS:
On November 20, 2021 at 8:51 PM, the Josephine County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a single motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Rockydale and Waldo Road in Cave Junction. Personnel from Illinois Valley Fire District and American Medical Response responded as well. First responders found the vehicle fully engulfed. Once the fire was extinguished, two deceased males were found in the vehicle.
Prior to the crash a witness reported the crashed vehicle passed them on Rockydale Road at a high rate of speed. The two deceased males have not been identified at this time.
