Vehicle Located In Missing Person Case (Photo) -09/25/20

On Wednesday, September 23rd, 2020, at approximately 1600 hours, a citizen located a vehicle matching the description of missing person, Fauna Frey’s vehicle.

Sheriff Daniel and Deputies responded to the vehicle which was located on Reuben Mountain Road a few miles past Grave Creek Boat Landing.  The vehicle was locked and Ms. Frey was not located.  The Sheriff’s Office towed the vehicle and it is no longer outstanding.  Based on investigation at the scene, it is believed Ms. Frey's vehicle was parked at the location for at least a month if not longer.  

On Thursday, September 24, 2020 Search and Rescue ground searchers conducted a search around the area where Ms. Frey's vehicle was located.  Searchers were aided with cadaver dogs however, Ms. Frey was not located.  If anyone has information regarding Ms. Frey or her vehicle, please call the Sheriff’s Office at 541-474-5123.
