Jackson County's No. 1 Failure-to-Appear (FTA) Chronic Offender Arrested - 06/04/21

PROSPECT, Ore. – Jackson County’s number one failure-to-appear (FTA) chronic offender is now lodged in the Jackson County jail. The Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force (PNVOTF) including personnel from the United States Marshals Service, Jackson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO), and Central Point Police Department arrested Padyn Daniel Dineen, 31, of Central Point, Ore., Wednesday Afternoon.

Dineen was wanted on 12 warrants including first-degree burglary, two counts of first-degree theft, three counts of felon in possession of a firearm, and multiple drug offenses including unlawful delivery and possession of both meth and heroin. Dineen earned the FTA Chronic Offender no. 1 ranking by failing to appear in court 86 times.

Investigations led the task force to a house in the 2000 block of Mill Creek Rd. in Prospect, Ore. Dineen was located hiding in an upstairs bedroom and was arrested without incident.

The task force specializes in locating and arresting fugitives wanted for offenses including, but not limited to, murder, assault, sex crimes, failure to register as a sex offender, firearm violations, and probation violations.
