Burglary Suspects Identified, Lodged in Jail (Photo) - 11/22/17

RUCH - In October, we asked for help identifying suspects seen on surveillance video during burglaries at Ruch Elementary School. The burglaries to the school occurred on September 25 and October 1. This week, detectives arrested both suspects.

Jason James Luthi, 37, and Megan Justina Bobb, 29, both of Ruch, were lodged in jail on November 21, 2017, on burglary and theft charges. Luthi was charged with an additional count of theft in the first degree by receiving in relation to a burglary in the 100-block of Lomas Road on November 12 (Case #17-23815).

Detectives believe Luthi and Bobb have been involved in additional crimes in the Ruch area in recent months. The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to call the JCSO tip line at 541-774-8333.
