Health Share of Oregon Public Meeting Announcement: Community Advisory Council Meeting - 12/05/18

Time: 11:00 am - 12:00 pm (Public Comment 11:45 am - 12:00 pm)

Location: Tuality Hospital, Community Education Building, Main Community Health Room | 335 SE 8th Ave., Hillsboro, OR 97123

Agenda: Available online prior to each meeting

(Portland, OR) – Health Share of Oregon’s Community Advisory Council will host a public meeting on Wednesday, December 12 at 11:00 am.

Updates on CCO 2.0 and Health Share’s Community Health Needs Assessment and Community Health Improvement Plan top the agenda. There will be an opportunity for public comments.

The meeting is open to the public and OHP members are encouraged to attend.
