Homicide Suspects Apprehended - 07/20/23

On November 4th, 2020, around 10:30 pm, Alexis “Big-Kat” Vega-Cruz, was found deceased at a park in Hillsboro, Oregon. The manner of death was ruled a homicide.

On 06-22-2023, US Marshals and Detectives from the Hillsboro Police Department arrested Tyren Todd Thomas for the November 2020 murder of Alexis Vega-Cruz. On 06-27-2023, Viviana Lucinda Vallejo was also arrested for her involvement and subsequently charged with murder, by the Washington County District Attorney’s office.

The Hillsboro Police Department would like to thank the US Marshals for their assistance in this apprehension, and for the community members who have come forward during the course of this investigation.
