Hillsboro Police Are Investigating A Domestic Violence-related Homicide That Occurred On 8-28-21. (Photo)

On Saturday, August 28, 2021, at about 9:22 am, Hillsboro Police Department officers were dispatched to a residence in the 1700-blk. Of NE Darby St. Hillsboro, OR on the report of a CPR call.
Upon arrival, officers discovered the victim identified as Cisneros-Martinez, Ruby Crystal-25-yrs. Old was unresponsive and deceased inside the residence. Investigators were able to determine that the suspect Ruiz-Santiago, Jose Luis-29-yrs. Old was involved in Ruby’s death, and he was lodged at the Washington County on murder in the 2nd degree.
There is no threat to the community, and the case is being investigated by the Hillsboro Police Department and the Washington County Major Crimes Team.
