Gresham Man Arrested On Encouraging Child Sexual Abuse II

Gresham, Ore. — On August 21, 2026 Cheley Barrientos, Luis Alberto 25-year-old Gresham man was arrested on multiple felony charges following a Encouraging Child Sexual Abuse investigation conducted by the Gresham Police Department.
Cheley Barrientos, was booked into Multnomah County Jail on 5 counts of Luring a Minor, 2 counts of Encouraging Child Sexual Abuse II, 2 counts of Sex Abuse III, and several other related charges. Detective Mike Erickson is the lead detective on this case and is concerned there may be additional victims.
