Gresham, Ore. — On July 23, 2026 Wise Jr, James Charles 39-year-old Gresham man was arrested on multiple felony charges following a Encouraging Child Sexual Abuse investigation conducted by the Gresham Police Department.
Wise Jr, was booked into Multnomah County Jail on 24 counts of Encouraging Child Sexual Abuse I and 24 counts of Encouraging Child Sexual Abuse II.
