Updated 12/8/21 with suspect vehicle photo: Gresham Police Investigating Deadly Hit-and-Run to a Pedestrian (Photo) - 12/08/21

Gresham, Ore.-On November 29, 2021, at 9:20pm, Gresham Police Department officers were dispatched to a fatal hit-and-run crash involving an unknown vehicle and a pedestrian (GPD Case #21-49719) in the eastbound lane of NE Halsey St at NE 190th Pl. A previous news release generated numerous tips to the investigating officer, and Gresham PD thanks the public for that information.

As a result of the tips, we were able to obtain a photo of what we believe to be the suspect vehicle. The photo is from a home surveillance camera at night as the vehicle drives by, but it appears to possibly be a dark colored SUV. The vehicle with the headlights on in the attached photo is what we believe to be the suspect vehicle.

If you have information about the involved vehicle, please contact Gresham police officer Hector Carranza, at 503-618-2317.
