Police Seek Information in Shooting, Teenager Injured - 10/11/21

Gresham, Ore.— Gresham Police responded to reports of a shooting this morning near the intersection of 182nd Ave. and SE Division St. A teenager was struck by gunfire and ran to a nearby school for help. School staff cared for the student until police and medical responders arrived.  Officers contacted the victim inside the school and he was transported to a local hospital with a non-life threatening injury.

 

Officers cordoned off a portion of the shopping center parking lot while they spoke to witnesses and collected evidence. No suspect information is available at this time.
