News Release
Pedestrian Struck by Vehicle on Division St - Update - 11/22/17

Gresham, Ore.-- On Nov. 21 at approximately 7:30 p.m. police responded to the report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle on SE Division St. near SE 179th Ave. Police arrived on scene and discovered that an adult male was deceased. The male has been identified as Richard Etter, 55, of Portland. Etter was crossing the street and not in a crosswalk when he was struck.

The drivers of both involved vehicles, Shawn Rosengrant, 42, and Jose Martinez-Buenrrostro, 40, remained on scene and are cooperating with the investigation. Speed and impairment don't appear to be a factor of the collision. No arrests or citations have been issued.
