News Release
Information Requested on Escape from Josephine County Jail (Photo) - 06/10/19

On Saturday March 23rd shortly before noon, Josephine County Jail Inmate Justin Denney escaped from the Josephine County Jail.

The Grants Pass Department of Public Safety (GPDPS) is requesting assistance in locating a young, white female suspected to be in her late teens to early 20s, who was accompanied a small white juvenile. This young female was accosted by Justin Denney in the middle of Walmart’s front parking lot as he was attempting to steal her vehicle. We believe the young female would have been operating a white sedan.

Anyone with information is encouraged to contact GPDPS Detective Archie Lidey @ (541) 450-6342.
