Interrupted Burglary In Gladstone -06/22/23

On 06/22/23 at approximately 0212 hrs. the Gladstone Police responded to the 17300 block of Crownview Dr on a report of an interrupted burglary.  Officers arrived on scene and found one of the residents with multiple puncture injuries to her head and body.  Officers on scene rendered immediate medical first aid to the victim. The victim was transported to OHSU with serious but no life threating injuries. 

It is believed the suspect left the scene on foot. Other Law Enforcement agencies from Oregon City and Clackamas County arrived on scene and a search of the area was conducted with the aid of K9’s and a Drone, but were not able to locate a suspect.  The suspect was only described as a stocky male possibly wearing a mask.  Gladstone Detectives were called to the scene and the investigation is ongoing.
