Dementia patient still missing - 04/29/21

Toufik “Tom” Tonous, 79, who was last seen on April 27, is still missing.  The Forest Grove Police Department, Washington County Sheriff's Search and Rescue, as well as other volunteer rescue teams from across the region continue to search for him.

We are asking residents of Forest Grove and surrounding communities to please check their garages, carports, sheds, outbuildings, etc. in the instance that he may have sought shelter.

Mr. Tonous is a dementia patient and may not respond to anyone calling his name. He stands 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 135 pounds.  Tonous was last seen wearing blue sweat pants and a blue long sleeve shirt.

Anyone who sees or locates Mr. Tonous is asked to call the Washington County Dispatch Center's non-emergency number at 503-629-0111.
