FBI Arrests Bend Man on Child Pornography Charge - 01/18/18

FBI Agents, with the assistance of the Deschutes County Sheriff's Office, served a federal search warrant at the Bend home of Pierce Morrow, age 22, on Thursday, January 18, 2018. During the course of the search, agents determined that they had enough probable cause to arrest Morrow on a charge of possession and distribution of child pornography.

Morrow is currently being held in the Deschutes County Jail and will be transported to the U.S. Courthouse in Eugene on Friday, January 19th where he will make an initial appearance before U.S. Magistrate Judge Thomas M. Coffin at 1:30 pm.

A federal charge is only an accusation of a crime, and all defendants should be presumed innocent until proven guilty.
