Evergreen Public Schools Community Tour schedule for 2018-2019 School Year - 09/19/18

You are invited to attend a community tour hosted by Evergreen Public Schools. Tours also include a visit to Cascadia Technical Academy located at 12200 NE 28th St., VA. 98682.  

The district will offer interpreters on selected tours for Russian and Spanish speaking community members. Transportation and lunch are free of charge.

Tuesday, October 23, 2018 - Honored Citizen Tour – Henrietta Lacks Health and Bioscience High School. Tour will begin at 8:00 a.m. at Cascadia Technical Academy, located at 12200 NE 28th Street, VA. 98682; followed by a tour of the Henrietta Lacks Health and Bioscience High School and return to Cascadia Technical Academy for a tour, followed by lunch from 12:00-1:00 p.m. Contact Shelley Bowers at 360-604-4088. Please register by October 15, 2018.

Wednesday, November 28, 2018 - (Russian - interpreters) Tour will begin at 9:00 a.m. at host school - Heritage High School (HHS), located at 7825 NE 130th Ave., VA. 98682; followed by a tour of Covington Middle School -the group will then board a school bus to Cascadia Technical Academy for a tour, followed by lunch from 12:00-1:00 p.m. The group will then board the bus and return to the host school, HHS and depart from there. Thursday, March 14, 2019 - (Spanish - interpreters) Tour will begin at 9:00 a.m. at host school – Frontier Middle School, located at 7600 NE 166th Ave., VA. 98682; followed by a tour of Pioneer Elementary School - the group will then board a school bus to Cascadia Technical Academy for a tour and lunch from 12:00-1:00 p.m. The group will then board the bus and return to the host school, Frontier Middle School and depart from there. Contact Adriana Garcia at 360-604-4029. Please register by March 4, 2019.

Tuesday, April 30, 2019 - (General Tour) Tour will begin at 8:00 a.m. at Cascadia Technical Academy, located at 12200 NE 28th Street, VA. 98682.  Patrons will then visit Shahala Middle School, Illahee Elementary School and Union High School and return to Cascadia Technical Academy for a brief tour followed by lunch from 12:00-1:00 p.m. Contact Shelley Bowers at 360-604-4088. Please register by April 22, 2019.
