PASCO, WA – Nine incredible teachers will be recognized with prizes, gifts, and $1,000 checks at this Thursday's Crystal Apple Award ceremony. The 22nd annual event begins at 4:30 PM at Educational Service District 123 in Pasco.
This year's nine winners brings the total to 244 local educators honored with the prestigous Crystal Apple since 1999. The awards are sponsored through generous contributions from community organizations, businesses, and service groups. In addition, one local community leader will be surprised with a Special Achievement Award at the ceremony.

The Crystal Apple Award is co-sponsored by numerous community organizations and businesses all wishing to honor the many educators who have made a positive impact on the lives of their students.
