The Bloom Tour kicks off for its fourth year on May 21st, partnering with artists and local businesses to transform Downtown Portland into a vibrant, open-air gallery of floral artistry. The event opens with its signature Botanical Couture Fashion Show in Director Park, which will feature the visionary styling of Francoise Weeks alongside an array of talented local florists. • WHAT: Botanical Couture Fashion Show featuring designs from local floral designers as well as internationally renowned Francoise Weeks. Photos from the 2025 Bloom Tour fashion show are attached.
