Bend, Ore. -- All evacuation notices for the Hidden Forest Fire southeast of Bend have now been lifted. The fire is 100% contained, and crews are conducting mop‑up operations to secure remaining hot spots. All roads in the area are back open.

The Sheriff’s Office would like to thank our deputies and the fire crews who responded swiftly and ensured the fire did not spread toward nearby homes and neighborhoods. The rapid aerial attack, with air tankers and helicopters, significantly slowed the fire’s progress and supported ground efforts.
