Assistance Requested in Locating Missing Female (Photo) - 09/17/22

Marina Turrini has been located. She is safe and is no longer of interest. The Sheriff's Office would like to thank the community for their assistance in locating her.

MISSING: Marina Turrini, 16 year old female. 

The Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for their assistance in locating Marina Turrini. Turrini was reported missing on September 16, 2022. She walked away from a camp in the area of China Hat Road near mile post 30. She was last seen in the area between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM. 

Turrini was last seen wearing a royal blue long sleeve shirt, black fleece pants, hiking boots, blue puffy jacket, and an orange beanie hat. Turrini has pink hair, and a circular patterned upper back tattoo. Turrini is from the San Jose, California area, so she is unfamiliar with Central Oregon. She may be attempting to return to the San Jose area. 

If you have seen Turrini or know her location, please contact the Sheriff’s Office at 541-693-6911 reference case 22-50661. The Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office is a full service agency that oversees the adult jail, provides patrol, criminal investigations, civil process and search and rescue operations. Special units include SWAT, Marine Patrol, ATV Patrol, Forest Patrol, along with six K9 teams. Founded in 1916 and today led by your duly elected Sheriff L. Shane Nelson, the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office serves over 200,000 residents in Deschutes County. The agency has 259 authorized and funded personnel, which includes 193 sworn employees who provide services to the 3,055 square miles of Deschutes County.
