Search Warrant Leads to over 2lbs of Methamphetamine and BHO Lab (Photo) - 05/13/22

Location: 63370 N Hwy 97, Bend, OR.

Arrested: Chris Humphrey, 53 year old male, Bend, OR

Charges: Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Manufacture of an Illegal Extract (Marijuana item), Unlawful Possession of an Illegal Extract (Marijuana item) and Warrant (Probation Violation)

 

The Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office Street Crimes Unit conducted a short term investigation into Christopher Humphrey for the sales of controlled substances in Deschutes County. On May 12, 2022, Street Crimes detectives learned Humphrey was at his storage unit in Bend with possible controlled substances in his possession. 

Detectives observed Humphrey parked in his vehicle at his storage unit. Detectives contacted Humphrey in his vehicle where he was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Deschutes County for a Parole Violation. A subsequent search warrant of Humphrey’s vehicle and storage unit revealed he was in possession of more than 2 pounds of Methamphetamine, BHO Lab and a felony amount of BHO, or butane hash oil.  

Humphrey was lodged at the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office Adult Jail on the above mentioned charges.
