** Updated** DCSO Seeks Public's Help in Locating Runaway Juvenile Male - 04/11/18

Within the last hour, Michael Fenicle was located in a residential area of NE Bend and is safe.  We would like to thank our community for their help in locating and returning him home safely.

William Bailey Release date: April 11, 2018 Runaway: Fenicle, Michael K 13 year old juvenile male Oregon Water Wonderland, south of Sunriver On April 11, 2018, at approximately 0600 hours, deputies with the Deschutes County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to a runaway thirteen year old male juvenile in the Oregon Water Wonderland Subdivision. The parents of the juvenile reported that he left their residence sometime during the night of 04/10/18 or early morning of 04/11/18. Deschutes County Dispatch received two phone contacts from motorists around 4:00 am stating they observed a "teenage male" on Hwy 97 near milepost 148 (lava butte) waving a flashlight at passing vehicles. An area check was done and deputies were not able to locate the "teenage male" believed to be the runaway, Michael Fenicle. It is unknown where Fenicle's current location is but he is possibly in the Bend area and may be trying to get to the Portland area. Fenicle is white male, 5'6", 105 lbs., and has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a green jacket, black Adidas athletic pants with white stripes on the side, blue Nike shoes and an unknown color backpack. If anyone sees Fenicle, they are asked to contacted Deschutes County non-emergency dispatch at 541-693-6911. A photograph of Fenicle is attached.
