DPSST Event & Entertainment Subcommittee Meeting Scheduled - 01/07/19

Notice of Regular Meeting

The Event & Entertainment Subcommittee will hold a regular meeting at 1:00 p.m. on January 15, 2019.  The meeting will be held at Revolution Hall; 1300 SE Stark Suite 206A Portland, OR 97214 The meeting location is accessible to persons with disabilities. A request for an interpreter for the deaf or hearing impaired or for other accommodations for persons with disabilities should be made before the meeting by calling the contact listed above.

Deliberation of issues will only be conducted by Event & Entertainment Subcommittee members unless permitted by the Chair. Individuals who engage in disruptive behavior that impedes official business will be asked to stop being disruptive or leave the meeting. Additional measures may be taken to have disruptive individuals removed if their continued presence poses a safety risk to the other persons in the room or makes it impossible to continue the meeting.
