Public notice and request for comment on 1915 (c) #0117, #0375, #40193, #40194, and #0565 waiver amendments. - 09/06/19

Public notice and request for comment on 
1915 (c) #0117, #0375, #40193, #40194, and #0565 waiver amendments. 

The Oregon Department of Human Services’ Office of Developmental Disabilities Services is seeking public comment regarding the 1915 (c) #0117Children’s HCBS Waiver, #0375 Adult HCBS Waiver, # 40193 Medically Fragile Waiver, #40194 Behavioral Waiver, and # 0565 Medically Involved Waiver amendments.

The waiver amendments are requesting to:

  • #0375 Adult HCBS Waiver, # 40193 Medically Fragile Waiver, #40194 Behavioral Waiver, and # 0565 Medically Involved Waiver amendments -
    • Update language in the waiver to align with the implementation of the Centralized Abuse Management (CAM) System.

 

  • #0117 Children’s Waiver amendment –
    • Add Host Homes as a CMS-approved Home and Community Based setting.
    • Update language in the waiver to align with the implementation of the Centralized Abuse Management (CAM) System.

Deadline for comments is Oct. 7, 2019. Mail responses must be received by this date in order to be considered.
