Oregon Home Care Commission To Meet Sept. 5 In Salem -09/03/19

(Salem, Ore.) — The Oregon Home Care Commission (OHCC) will meet at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 5, 2019, at 550 Capitol St. NE in Salem. The commission meets the first Thursday of every month and its meetings are open to the public.

The agenda includes public testimony and updates from the Governor’s Commission on Senior Services; Oregon Association of Area Agencies on Aging and Disabilities; the Aging and People with Disabilities program; the Office of Developmental Disabilities Service (quarterly report out); and, from staff on the budget and Senate Bill 1534. In addition, there will be reports from the Developmental Disabilities/Mental Health Committee, the Traditional Health Worker Commission and Training/Registry. Finally, the meeting will include a working lunch and a question and answer session.
