Public Notice - Douglas County Fire District No. 2 Civil Service Meeting - 10/21/20

The Civil Service Commission of Douglas County District #2 will hold a meeting on Friday October 23, 2020 at 1:00 PM.  The meeting will be held at the Winston-Dillard Fire Station at 250SE Main St. Winston, Or.

                The purpose of the meeting:

  1. Update on recent Firefighter/Paramedic testing process
  2. Certify Firefighter/Paramedic list
  3. Request to interview all eligible candidate from the Firefighter/Paramedic list to fill 4-5 upcoming vacancies
  4. Update on recent Engineer testing process
  5. Certify Engineer list
  6. Request to interview eligible candidate from the Engineer list to fill a vacancy.

Public Notice - Douglas County Fire District No. 2 Board Meeting - 10/14/20

BOARD REGULAR MEETING NOTICE

                          

The Board of Directors of Douglas County Fire District No. 2 will hold its Regular Board meeting at DCFD#2 Fire Station 655 at 6000 Garden Valley Rd., Roseburg, OR on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 5:30pm. In accordance with CDC and Oregon COVID-19 standards, mask will be required to be worn at the meeting.

The Board agenda to include but not limited to:             

  1. Monthly Financials
  2. Grant update
  3. Fire update
  4. New Hire Testing Update                                                                              

The meeting location is accessible to persons with disabilities.  A request for an interpreter for the hearing impaired or for other accommodations for persons with disabilities should be made at least 48 hours before the meeting to DCFD #2 at 673-5503.

Public Notice - MedCom Board Meeting - 10/08/20

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the MedCom Ambulance Authority Board of Directors will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, October 15, 2020, at 12:00 p.m.  The meeting will be held in the Bay Cities Ambulance’s administrative conference room at 1290 NE Cedar. Due to COVID-19 social distancing requirements, masks will be required to be worn at the meeting and everyone will be asked to maintain social distancing.

 

Agenda items include monthly financials, FireMed Update, and Provider reports.
