Crime Stoppers Featured Case #26-3 Homicide Of Taylor Ritter (Photo) - 02/04/26

The Portland Police Bureau in conjunction with Crime Stoppers of Oregon is asking for the public's assistance in solving the homicide of Taylor Ritter.
 
On the early morning hours of Sunday, November 2, 2025, Portland Police Officers assigned to Central Precinct responded to a report of a person down on the ground in a parking lot in the 300 block of Southwest 3rd Avenue. When they arrived, they found Taylor Ritter on the ground of the parking lot. Officers summoned paramedics, who found he was deceased. The suspect(s) fled the scene before police arrived. Taylor was 20 years old at the time of his murder. 
 
The Oregon Medical Examiner's Office determined that Taylor was fatally shot. The incident location was near many bars and hotels and detectives believe there were witnesses who have not come forward to provide information regarding the incident and/or the individuals involved.
 
Anyone with information regarding this incident is encouraged to submit anonymous tips to Crime Stoppers of Oregon.
