On May 31, 2021, Vancouver Police Department officers responded to the 200 block of E 27th Street for the report of gunshots in the area. When officers and emergency medical personnel arrived, they located 45-year-old Therron Darnell Pittman, deceased in front of a residence. Detectives from the Vancouver Police Department are continuing the investigation into the shooting death of Mr. Pittman. No arrests have been made in this case.
