Crime Stoppers Featured Case #19-05 Murphy's Market Shooting (Photo) - 04/11/19

The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to identify people and a vehicle associated to a March 2019 shooting in Southeast Portland.

On March 21, 2019, at 9:53 p.m., Portland Police East Precinct officers responded to the report of gunfire in the area of Southeast 148th Avenue and Powell Boulevard. Officers arrived in the area and learned that the shooting happened outside of Murphy's Market, located at 14902 Southeast Powell Boulevard.

No gunshot victims were located at the scene but officers did locate evidence of gunfire.
The suspect is described as a male, possibly Hispanic, in his late-teens or early-20s, wearing a white baseball hat backwards and a black t-shirt.

The suspect's friend is described as a male, possibly Hispanic, in his late-teens or early-20s, wearing thin, gold-rimmed glasses, pink hair on top of his head, wearing a gray sweatshirt and dark jeans.

The suspect vehicle is a white Chevrolet Malibu, driven by an unknown female.

Surveillance video did capture images of the suspect vehicle, the suspect, and the suspect's friend.

Any information about the vehicle, suspect, or suspect's friend can be shared with investigators.
