The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to solve a homicide that occurred at Northeast Portland's Fernhill Park.

On January 8, 2018, at 9:32 p.m., North Precinct officers responded to the report of gunfire at Fernhill Park, located in the 6000 block of Northeast 37th Avenue. Officers arrived in the area and found 25-year-old Cody Bennett Oller deceased. The Oregon State Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy and determined that Oller's death was the result of a gunshot wound. Oller was living in the Portland area but was originally from Kansas.

At this point in the investigation, there is no suspect information in this case.
