Keizer Police Seeking Public's Help to Locate Missing Woman - Crime Stoppers Featured Case #18-13 (Photo) - 02/13/18

The Keizer (OR) Police Department, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to locate the whereabouts of Cynthia Martinez who is a missing person that was last in Keizer, Oregon.

On July 16, 2017, 26-year-old Cynthia Martinez was a patron at Tequila Nights Bar and Grill, located at 3393 River Road North in Keizer. Martinez departed Tequila Nights around 2:35 a.m. with two males. Martinez has not been seen or heard from since leaving the bar.

30-year-old Jaime Alvarez Olivera has been named a person of interest in the disappearance of Martinez. Alvarez is still outstanding.

Three photos are being released to aid in this investigation -- two of Cynthia Martinez and one with Martinez and Jaime Alvarez Olivera.

Any information about either Martinez or Olivera's whereabouts may be shared anonymously with Crime Stoppers of Oregon.

Crime Stoppers of Oregon offers cash rewards for information, reported to Crime Stoppers, that leads to an arrest in any unsolved felony crime and tipsters can remain anonymous.

Information about any unsolved homicide is eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,500. Information about any other unsolved felony crime is eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

Information learned from social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter or YouTube should be shared as these tips may lead to the identification of a suspect or suspects. Links can be shared anonymously through Crime Stoppers.
