Cowlitz 2 was dispatched for a rollover accident in the 4000 block of Pacific Way. 911 callers reported that the driver was trapped in the vehicle and the vehicle was on fire. A Cowlitz 2 Battalion Chief and the downtown Kelso Fire Engine were less than a mile away after completing work on an earlier collision in the 4300 blk of Ocean Beach Hwy.
