Corvallis Police and Oregon DOJ Conduct Joint Investigation at Local Spa
On July 22, 2026, investigators from the Corvallis Police Department and the Oregon Department of Justice (ODOJ) executed a search warrant at the Spring Foot Spa located at 505 NW Harrison Blvd.
The investigation started after concerned community members reported illicit activities at the business and that the business was operating without a license. Investigators arrested a 52-year-old female, New York resident for Practicing Massage Without a License (a class A misdemeanor). Investigators collected evidence that included condoms, cash, credit card statements, and bank statements that were consistent with prostitution.
The female was connected with support services as a victim of human trafficking.
