Suspect Taken Into Custody Without Incident (Photo) - 11/17/22

Kevin James Reynolds was taken into custody by Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office around noon today without incident.
Several law enforcement agencies were initially involved in the search for Reynolds over the last two days. These agencies include Columbia County Sheriff’s Office, Cowlitz County Sheriff’s Office and St. Helens Police Department.
