CCSO investigating a domestic violence murder in Orchards - 09/19/24

On 9/18/2024 at 11:33 PM the Clark County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) was dispatched to a Disturbance with a Weapon call near the 7500 block of NE 123rd Ct in Vancouver, WA.  The reporting party stated he arrived at the residence here to check on Diane Robinson (36) who had not been heard from in several days. Upon arrival, he contacted Diane’s brother, Dwayne Robinson (34), who also lives at this residence.  Dwayne told the reporting party that he had stabbed and killed Diane.

Arriving patrol deputies contacted Dwyane Robinson who followed verbal commands and was detained.  Deputies then searched the residence and located a deceased female inside.  Official identification of the decedent is pending.  CCSO Major Crimes Unit responded to the scene and is currently investigating.  Dwyane Robinson was booked into the Clark County Jail for Murder in the First Degree.  There are no outstanding suspects at this time.

The investigation is still active and ongoing.
