Clark County Sheriff's Office TDU Detectives Arrest Carjacking Suspect (Photo) - 04/18/23

On 4/16/23 the Clark County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) Tactical Detective Unit (TDU) was called out to assist CCSO Patrol Deputies with an armed robbery investigation.   The victim reported making contact over social media with a potential buyer for a vehicle they were selling.  While on a test drive of the vehicle, the buyer displayed a firearm, demanded the victim’s cell phone and ordered them out of the vehicle before driving away in the victim’s vehicle.  During the investigation, TDU Detective Tanya Johnson was able to both locate the victim’s stolen vehicle and establish probable cause to the arrest the suspect, 20 yr old Jonathan Sisovan of Parkland, WA.

On 4/18/23 CCSO TDU Detectives along with assistance from members of the Southwest Washington Regional SWAT team took Jonathan Sisovan into custody and booked him into the Clark County Jail on charges of robbery in the first degree, theft of a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of a firearm in the second degree. 

This case is active pending further investigation by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office Tactical Detective Unit
