Amber Alert Issued For 15-Year-Old Female After Physical Confrontation (Photo) -09/09/22


--UPDATE--

On September 9, 2022 Detectives with the Clark County Sheriff's Office Tactical Detective Unit located 15-year-old Catherine Gizzel Gutierrez in Portland, Oregon.  She was reunited with family.  The case continues to be under active investigation.  Alejandrino Robledo Soriano was not located.  If you have information on his whereabouts, contact 9-1-1.



On September 8, 2022, Alejandrino Robledo Soriano, 53 years old, left with 15-year-old Catherine Gizzel Gutierrez (she goes by her middle name Gizzel) after a confrontation with Catherine’s mother. 

The altercation with Catherine’s mother, who is Alejandrino’s girlfriend, was physical and Alejandrino reportedly assaulted her causing a concussion during this incident. She also showed Detectives numerous injuries from previous altercations including multiple bruises, a broken finger, and badly injured arm. Detectives have established probable cause for the arrest of Alejandrino for Assault 2nd Degree-DV. 

Catherine’s mother suspects Catherine did not go willingly with Alejandrino. She stated

Catherine has not been heard from since the early afternoon on September 8, 2022. Catherine has been listed as a missing, endangered person and Amber alert has issued. 

They were last seen driving a 2004 dark blue Honda Accord with a switched, stolen WA plate. The plate number on the vehicle is unknown. The vehicle was last seen in the area near NE 58th Street (SR 500) and NE 199th Avenue in East Vancouver.
