On Sunday June 19th, at about 5 pm, Deputies responded to a call of 6 people fighting in the 8300 block of NE 157th Avenue. Callers to 9-1-1 reported that some subjects were armed with a baseball bat and an axe. When deputies arrived they found evidence of a hit and run collision and two people with minor injuries. Deputies learned the fight was over a pressure washer and a contract dispute. Deputies obtained information that identified Yelisey Miroshnichenko and Anatoliy Miroshnichenko as the suspects. Deputies were able to locate the suspects and they were taken into custody in the 8200 block of NE 22nd Avenue. Yelisey Miroshnichenko and Anatoliy Miroshnichenko were booked into the Clark County Jail on charges of Burglary I (RCW 9A.52.020), Unlawful Imprisonment (RCW 9A.40.040), Hit and Run Attended (RCW 46.52.020), Assault IV (RCW 9A.36.041), and Malicious Mischief III (RCW 9A. 48.090).
