News Release
Orchards Park Armed Robbery - 10/05/19

On October 4, 2019 at approximately 2354 hours, the Clark County Sheriff's Office and Vancouver Police Department were dispatched to Orchards Park, 9800 NE 54th Street on the report of an armed robbery just occurred.  A 911 caller reported there were at least two suspects, one of whom was armed with a shotgun.  The suspects were reportedly seen leaving the park westbound on Fourth Plain in a red Toyota Camry.  Vancouver Police Officers located the suspect vehicle one mile west of the park and initiated a traffic stop.  Units from the Vancouver Police Department, Clark County Sheriff's Office and Washington State Patrol detained the three occupants.  

Two firearms were observed in the suspect vehicle in addition to items that were reportedly stolen from the victim during the robbery.  The three occupants of the suspect vehicle were arrested on the following charges:

Brianna Molina Martinez, 18, Robbery First Degree

Martin L. Bautista-Vincencio, 18, Robbery First Degree and Assault First Degree

Hector M. Padilla Ruiz, 18 Robbery First Degree and Assault First Degree

This case is actively being investigated.  No additional information is being released at this time.
