Upon arrival, Fire District 3 personnel and Sheriff's deputies assisted passersby in providing aid to a male and female occupant who were on the ground and unresponsive.  Fire personnel extinguished the involved vehicle, which was fully engulfed in flames.  A deceased female was located in the burned vehicle.  A fourth involved occupant, a male, was located at the scene.  This male occupant was alert and responsive, suffering apparent minor injury.
