2022-2023 CCHM Vintage Swimsuit Calendar: Calendar Fundraiser Spotlights Local Leaders (Photo) - 10/10/22
Vancouver, Wash. – Clark County Historical Museum (CCHM) is selling its 2023 issue of the “CCHM Vintage Swimsuit Calendar” just in time for the holiday season. Each month features a different civic-minded gentleman from Clark County getting their retro pin-up vibe going at watering holes throughout the county.
The impetus for this fundraising effort started on social media when former Vancouver Downtown Association Executive Director Lee Rafferty challenged CCHM Executive Director Brad Richardson to take a plunge into a local river in a piece of vintage swimwear. From there, Lee and Brad worked to expand the idea and it has grown into a fun vintage swimsuit calendar.
Two versions of this calendar are available for purchase online (https://cchmuseum.org/2022cchmvsc) and in-person. One is a family-friendly edition ($25.00) and the other is our Jeff Angelo Not Safe for Work edition ($30.00).
Calendars are in limited production. Pre-sales opened October 3rd with calendars expected to arrive by November 25th. All proceeds go to support the Clark County Historical Museum.
CCHM will also host a calendar signing with some of our swimsuit models for Small Business Saturday on November 26th. Attendees can meet the models and get their calendars signed between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm at the museum (1511 Main Street, Vancouver, WA 98660.)
We want to thank our amazing community partners that made this calendar possible. Photography for this calendar was done by Missy Fant Photography and Robert Holcomb. Most of the swimwear was created and provided by Center Stage Clothiers.
