Medical Equipment Charging Stations Open in Clackamas County - 02/13/21

Residents who rely on battery powered medical equipment now have two charging stations available in Clackamas County.

Patients, their caregivers, friends, neighbors can bring battery powered medical equipment such as portable oxygen systems to the Canby Police Station or the Molalla Fire Station to charge their equipment from the safety of their own vehicle.

The medical equipment charging locations are:

Canby Police Station – in the lower lot

1175 NW 3rd Avenue

Canby, OR 97013

Molalla Fire Station

320 N Molalla Avenue

Molalla, OR 97038

Volunteers will provide those who need to charge their equipment with an extension cord that is connected to a generator allowing the equipment to be charged as people wait in their vehicles. Due to COVID-19, no other services such as restrooms are provided at these locations.

Please use extreme caution when traveling to these locations, as roads remain hazardous due to snow and ice.

These medical equipment-charging stations is a partnership with Canby Fire, Canby Police, Clackamas County, Clackamas County Search and Rescue and Molalla Fire.
