ClackCoKids Center Coming Soon to the Wilsonville Community

Wilsonville, Oregon – Clackamas County Children's Commission (ClackCoKids) will be opening a new center in the Canyon Creek Road area of Wilsonville in spring of 2023 through a partnership with New Life Church.

“The Wilsonville community has been a part of our Strategic Plan for expansion since 2019, and we are thrilled this goal is in our sights,” says Executive Director, Darcee Kilsdonk. “Our decision to open a new center in the Wilsonville community has come from county data about community need for childcare that we have gathered and assessed over time.”

The mission of ClackCoKids is to support the healthy growth of children and families, positive parenting, and school readiness. The Canyon Creek Road center will offer a Head Start and an Early Head Start classroom serving children ages 6 weeks to 5 years of age. ClackCoKids provides high-quality learning environments to the children and families in their programs. The Canyon Creek facility will serve the needs of the Wilsonville community at no cost to the enrolled families by supporting the whole family through early learning services, parent education, home visiting and connecting to community resources.

If you are interested in learning more about ClackCoKids programs, or applying for services at this center, please visit their application page to begin an application today, or call the main line at 503-675-4565.
