First Friday Art Walk Returns To Downtown Troutdale On May 6 (Photo) - 04/28/22
A summer tradition is back for 2022 as the First Friday Art Walk returns to downtown Troutdale on May 6 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Our galleries will showcase local artists and many retailers and restaurants will expand into the street. We will also host more than 50 local artisans selling their merchandise. This family friendly event also features live music, a kid zone, and great food options.
East Historic Columbia River Highway will close to vehicular traffic between Buxton Road and Kibling Street at 3:00 p.m. to give vendors and businesses the opportunity to set up. Approximately one hour after the event ends, the road will reopen to traffic and many of our restaurants continue operating into the evening.
You can find parking on the side streets as well as in the lots on Kibling, above Mayors Square and behind the north side of Historic Columbia River Highway. You can also take advantage of free shuttle service at one of our overflow parking lots: Troutdale Art Center, Glenn Otto Park, McMenamins Edgefield, and Harvest Christian Church.
First Friday will continue on the first Friday of each month: June 3, July 1, August 5, and September 2. We invite you to come for the art and stay for the live music, food, kids’ activities, and the chance to meet up with friends, neighbors, and visitors to our City.
