Major Expansion By Nuance Systems/NSI Manufacturing Coming To Sherwood - 04/20/22

Portland, OR – NSI is pleased to announce it has signed a 10-year lease on a new 62,000 sqft,
state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Portland, Oregon. Expected occupancy in the new facility
and headquarters is Q4, 2022.

Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Portland, Oregon, NSI is a leading supplier of complex, ultrahigh
purity gas and chemical delivery systems and sensing technologies to advanced applications
within the semiconductor and solar industries. NSI designs and produces mission-critical ampoules,
liquid level sensors, integrated systems, and provides repair services.
 

NSI’s move to expand capacity comes in response to a growing trend of Fab expansions,
increasing demand and increasing capital equipment expenditures from the semiconductor industry
in recent years.
 

“Currently we occupy two buildings with a total of 15,000 sqft of manufacturing. Our new location will
allow us to dramatically increase our throughput to meet our customer’s growing needs,” said Kyle
Kimmerle, President of NSI. “This multiple million‐dollar investment shows NSI’s
commitment to growing with our customers.”
