Pickup Truck Stolen

Circle Creek Campground Area

Seaside, Ore. – August 11, 2019 - On August 10, 2019 at approximately 2pm, Seaside Police were notified that a vehicle had been stolen at The Circle Creek Campground (85658 Highway 101, Seaside OR 97138). The vehicle was identified as a 2001 Silver Dodge Ram 2500. Suspect allegedly left his belongings on the ground and entered the vehicle without permission. After a verbal altercation with the person who was responsible for the vehicle, the alleged suspect drove off in the vehicle without permission. Seaside Police searched the immediate area.

 

Some time after the incident, the stolen vehicle was involved in a motor vehicle accident approximately around milepost 30. Oregon State Police were called to the scene. Johnathan L. Kvale was in the truck at the time of the crash.
