Wallace Marine Park Docks Scheduled For Removal October 8 (Photo) - 10/06/25

Salem, Ore. – Boat ramps at Wallace Marine Park will be closed from Tuesday evening, October 7, until Wednesday morning, October 8, at 11 a.m.  City staff will be using special equipment to remove the floating boat docks for the winter.
 

The docks are replaced each spring, after high water subsides and it is safe for boaters and kayakers to use the docks.
