City Of Richland Facilities Closed In Observance Of Presidents’ Day

In observance of Presidents’ Day, City of Richland offices and facilities will be closed on Monday, February 16, 2026.
The closure includes City Hall, the Richland Community Center, the Richland Public Library, and the Horn Rapids Landfill. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, February 17.
Garbage collection will continue per the normal schedule.
Essential public safety services, including police, fire, and emergency response, will continue to operate without interruption.
