Winter Wonderland Road Closures – Today, Friday, December 5 - 12/05/25
To keep everyone safe during tonight's festivities, several streets around John Dam Plaza will be temporarily closed. Please plan ahead and follow all posted signs and detours.
Here’s what to expect:
• 2:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. The Parkway closes to thru traffic in preparation for the event.
• 4:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Knight Street closes between Jadwin Avenue and George Washington Way.
5:30–6:45 p.m. – Additional closures:
• Jadwin Avenue will be closed between Knight Street and Swift Blvd.
• Swift Blvd. will be closed between Jadwin Avenue and George Washington Way.
• George Washington Way will be closed between Swift Blvd. and Jadwin Avenue.
Again, traffic control will be in place. Please follow all detour signs.
